Q1: How much will a computer repair cost?

A: The labour will be fixed at £40 per hour if you have virus, spy ware, require an upgrade or to fix computer faults. We will attempt to resolve faults at your home address, but if it is more convenient for you we can collect and return your repaired system at a time to suit you.

Q2: What If I still have a problem after the visit?

If a problem occurs after the repair. Please contact us to report the fault. If it is a fault of our workmanship within 3 months, we will happily provide work under warranty. If the fault is caused due to a separate problem, normal fees will apply.

Q3: What guarantee do I have?

We offer a three month warranty on all workmanship/repairs. If you purchase a new computer system, you are covered by our one year parts and labour warranty. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Terms and conditions apply.

Q4: What if my PC doesn't switch on?

Your PC can still be repaired and it doesn't mean that your data is lost, it may be a failed power supply, have you checked your fuse? If you have had a hard disk malfunction- we can replace the hard disk. If your data is critical and has not been previously backed up, we can recommend a suitable data recovery company. It is always recommended to back up your vital data (digital photos, emails, accounts and more) as data recovery costs usually are very expensive. Q5: Do your prices include VAT?

All prices quoted to home users are fully inclusive of VAT, the price quoted is the total amount that you would need to pay on completion.
