Firbanks PC Maintenance Ltd is an IT Support Company based in South Hampshire. Initially founded in April 1998 to provide home users with fault diagnosis and repair. Noticing a hole in the market for a high quality of service at good value for money, the business entered the Small Business and Enterprise market. We now support SMEs with a complete IT Solutions package and still cater for our original, long term customers- home users. Firbanks became incorporated in March 2003 and has recently employed more staff to cope with the growing demand of our products and services.

We are a fully insured company and carry public liability insurance up to the value of £1,000,000.

We are currently seeking certification from various governing bodies to reinforce our customers confidence in our service and commitment.

We aim to provide a quality IT service to our existing customers and continue to correctly promote ourselves to the small and medium business market. Provide our customers with a high quality, value for money service and further our customer service skills to the best we can provide. We believe that if we treat the customer well, that they will be a customer for life and recommend our services to others requiring a high level of service.
